I have over three years of experience in public policy and international development research. To enhance higher education opportunities and facilitate impactful research in Africa countries, I serve as the Director of Research for Leaders of Africa, (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.leadersofafrica.org\">leadersofafrica.org<\/a>), an organization that mobilizes the power of rigorous inquiry and creative expression to advance equity, justice, and selfless leadership in Africa. Before Leaders of Africa, I worked in a variety of capacities including as a Legislative Coordinator in the Michigan State Senate, Program Assistant at Michigan State University, and Web and Content Editor for the Chinese in Africa and Africans in China Research Network. I enjoy playing pickleball, watching the English Premier League (a Liverpool FC fan), and reading books, particularly history and thought-provoking pieces, during my free time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am passionate about data and analysis for development.
