I am presently a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Education and the Head of Service for Outreach Training and Community Development, Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine at the University of Buea in Cameroon. I specialize in educational administration with a research and teaching interest in the economics of education, educational administration and management, and leadership and higher education. I organize workshops and seminars within my service to improve teacher and student productivity and quality. I also craft enriching outreach activities, which allows me to share the fruits of my research work with the community.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
