I hold a Master\u2019s degree in Public Health and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Physiotherapy from Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (formerly the University of Malawi, College of Medicine).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have gained valuable experience as a research intern with Kamuzu University of Health Sciences, the NCD BRITE Project, and the Health Economics Policy Unit (HEPU). My research focuses on improving healthcare access and quality, particularly through the study of patient-reported outcomes and their role in enhancing healthcare services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently, I published a study examining the validity and reliability of tools used to measure client experiences and satisfaction with health care in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
