I am a medical doctor and researcher with a strong passion for data analytics and collaborative research. I completed my medical education at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), earning a BSc in Human Biology and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB). I am a member of the Ghana Medical Association and currently work at the Internal Medicine Directorate of Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital. Additionally, I hold a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene from the Royal College of Physicians, United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I serve as the official doctor for the Bisa Health App<\/em>, a mobile health application designed to provide medical advice to individuals, particularly targeting the health needs of underserved populations and those in rural areas. My research experience includes contributions to several major projects, such as the Stroke Investigative Research and Education Network (SIREN)<\/em>\u2014a collaboration involving the University of Ibadan and research centers across Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States (Medical University of South Carolina). I have also been involved in the Barekuma Community Collaborative Development Project (BCCDP)<\/em>, a partnership between The University of Utah\u2019s Division of Public Health (USA) and KNUST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I have a deep interest in public health and preventive medicine, which has led me to participate in numerous health screening initiatives with various organizations across Ghana. My research contributions have resulted in over ten peer-reviewed publications in esteemed journals, covering a wide range of topics, including COVID-19, stroke, systemic lupus erythematosus, HIV, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and kidney diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Beyond medicine, I am enthusiastic about health and business-related investments.
