My current research explores the democratization of leadership, gender diversity in decision-making roles, and financial inclusion among underprivileged populations, particularly African women. I also examine the potential impact of fintech in these areas. Given that women constitute at least half of the labor force, there are significant opportunities to support them through rigorous research and knowledge dissemination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
